Анатомия мужской уретры полового члена сбоку от дорсальной артерии, многократно разветвляясь по пути, и заканчивается в головке. Иннервация передней уретры осуществляется за счет бульбозно-уретрального нерва, пред¬ ставляющего собой ответвление пахового нерва [4, 14, 15, 20, 21], который, в свою очередь, явля¬ ется ответвлением полового нерва.
